When you visit the website

When your browser requests a page, it technically has to send some information to the server:

• the internet address of your device (IP)
• date and time of the request
• the page requested and the page you came from
• browser and operating system

This information is needed to deliver the page and to protect it against misuse and attacks. It ends up in our hosting provider's logs. We do not analyse it to identify you as a person.

Hosting

Contact form

When you write to us through the form, we process your name, your email address, your company if you give it, and your message. We use this to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote.

The enquiry reaches our inbox as an email sent via [Mail provider and seat]. An invisible field in the form keeps out automated submissions. It stores nothing about you.

If no job results, we delete your enquiry no later than [Number] months after the last message. If it leads to a job, we keep the records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

If you switch the language, your browser stores a cookie called hx_locale. It contains only the language you chose, so you do not have to choose again on your next visit, and it expires after one year. It holds no personal data and serves neither analytics nor advertising.

We set no other cookies.

Fonts

The fonts on this website are served from our own server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font provider for them.

Links to other services

This website links to reward-me.ch and to the «Projektbriefing Webseite» form, which is hosted on Google Forms. If you open such a link, that provider's privacy policy applies.

Processing abroad

Our service providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the USA. We only transfer data to countries whose data protection the Federal Council recognises as adequate, or with contractual safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

Security

The connection to this website is encrypted. Only the people at Harmonyx who handle your enquiry have access to it.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time:

• which data we process about you
• to correct data that is wrong
• to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it
• to hand over your data in a common format
